1. Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Certain items such as innerwear, swimwear, or personalized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method (via PayHere) or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges

We currently allow size exchanges or replacements for defective/damaged items (subject to stock availability).

If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund or store credit.
4. Delivery & Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
